We know what fills your home matters to you, that’s why we offer EcoElements–a collection of products made with earth-friendly materials. All panels are made of industrial grade particleboard, finished in melamine and part of EcoElements. The core is made of 100% recycled and/or recovered wood fiber.

Made From Recycled Materials

The composite wood panels used in manufacturing products are Environmentally Preferable Product (EPP) Certified by the Composite Panel Association (CPA), the only environmental certification program that has achieved ANSI accreditation. We offer you the choice between:

• Standard Panels that contain 100% recycled and/or recovered wood fiber
• Plus Panels that contain 100% recycled and/or recovered wood fiber and have no added urea formaldehyde

The wood fibers that make up the composite wood panels are unused lumber particles that would otherwise end up in landfills. Using these panels to create your solution is a more resourceful process than building a system from solid wood – saving tress and avoiding landfills.

In addition, the particleboard sheets used in manufacturing products are certified by Scientific Certification Systems (SCS) a leading environmental certifying agency in North America. Also included in the EcoElements line are a number of accessories that are powder-coated—a low impact manufacturing process that is better for the environment than more common alternatives.

Made to Last

To ensure products have a long lifespan, they are made super sturdy and highly reconfigurable. Products include a limited lifetime warranty and can be rearranged and repurposed, but they won’t have to be replaced – reducing waste.

Products are manufactured in Holland, Michigan USA. Through the design and manufacturing of products, the company is always on the lookout for ways to reduce impact on the environment and keep things in use and out of the landfill. Today, that means…

• Nearly 94% of the company’s total waste is recycled locally.
• 100% of the scrap wood and wood fibers from products and packaging, metal, copperwire, and cardboard waste are recycled.
• The cardboard used to package products has 25% to 35% recycled content.
• Recycles or refurbishes for reuse all of its technology tools, and employees are invited to bring old batteries, magazines and paper from home for recycling.
